Name / Address Changes:

Trademark registration no.
Power of attorney, simply signed and sealed by the company stamp of the applicant (no notarization nor legalizatiıon is required)
Official document showing the change of name (no notarization nor legalizatiıon is required)

Assignment/Merger Recordals:

Deed of assignment/merger, signed and stamped by both parties (with apostile),
Power of attorney by the assignee (notarized)
